Joint Naval Drill Planned With U.S. Off E. Coast

The South Korean and U.S. navies are about to being a two-day exercise in the Sea of Japan, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul). Seoul refers to the waters as the East Sea.
The training, set to to begin on Tuesday, will involve the guided-missile destroyers USS Mustin (DDG-89) and a Kwanggaeto-Daewang-class Aegis destroyer, a submarine and two Lynx helicopters, said a South Korean naval officer.
