Johnson Announces Brexit Breakthrough

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson says his administration has reached a new agreement to exit the European Union, reports BBC News. 

On Thursday, Johnson announced the deal, which he said returns control to the U.K. 

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker called the agreement "fair and balanced."
