Thousands of refugees and militants are headed back to Syria from Lebanon's border region, reported the Middle East Observer.
The Syrian militants and refugees are now arriving in rebel-held Idlib province, reports Reuters. The evacuation is part of a deal between Lebanon-based Hezbollah and Nusra Front terrorists.
