The French army is to ready to start training with the U.S.-made Javelin missile at its base in Canjuers in southeastern France, Defense News reports.
The first Javelin will be launched on Dec. 16, said military officials. A training program for 23 French Javelin instructors has already started.
Four Javelin training simulators have also been received by the infantry school at Draguignon, said officials.
