Jaffarabad Blast Kills 3

A bomb explosion in the Jaffarabad district of Pakistan's Baluchistan province killed three people and wounded eight others, the Dawn (Pakistan) reports.
An explosive device was placed in a small restaurant in the town of Sohbatpur, local police said.
An investigation is reportedly underway.
Two days earlier, there was another bombing in the Dera Allah Yar in the same district that injured a police chief and three others.
