J-20 Doesn't Use Borrowed Technology, Says State Paper

A state-run newspaper in China has dismissed Western reports that parts of a downed U.S. fighter were used to develop stealth technology for its J-20 aircraft, the BBC reports.

According to wire-service and other accounts, China wound up with stealth gear from the Kosovo War.
