Izumo Wraps Up Training With U.S. In S. China Sea

The Japanese helicopter carrier Izumo has been drilling with the USS Ronald Reagan aircraft carrier in the South China Sea, reports the U.S 7th Fleet. 

On Wednesday, the U.S. 7th Fleet and Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force (MSDF) issued separate statements confirming the three-day air and sea drills, which began on Monday, reported the Japan Times.
