A new report says insurgents and militants in several countries across Africa's Sahel region have been expanding their sources of weapons, reports the Voice of America News.
While arms looted from large Libyan stockpiles after the fall of the Qaddafi regime in 2012 have done much to fuel insurgencies in North and West Africa, jihadists and Tuareg fighters have added new sources as it becomes harder to obtain weapons from Libya, according to the report.
