A report commissioned by the London School of Economics says Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence agency is deeply involved with the Afghan Taliban "at the highest level of the movement," the Los Angeles Times reports.
The report was published in the London Sunday Times.
Not only does the agency fund and train insurgents, but the agency has its own representation on the Taliban's leadership council, according to the report.
