Suicide bombers have struck in the Iraqi cities of Fallujah and Karbala.
On Monday, twin bombers hit the Sunni city of Fallujah, killing at least nine people and injured 26 others, reports the Anadolu Agency (Turkey).
Authorities said one bomber rammed his explosive-laden car into a security checkpoint at the entrance of the central Nazal district of the city, which is about 50 km (31 mi) west of Baghdad.
