A suicide bombing in the northern Syria town of Manbij has resulted in multiple casualties, including U.S. troops, reports NBC News.
On Wednesday, an attacker in civilian clothes approached coalition forces on a foot patrol in the town's center and detonated his device, said a senior Kurdish security official. U.S. troops were among the wounded, the official said.
