ISIS Executes Troops, Say Officials In Tobruk

The elected Libyan government in Tobruk says supporters of the Islamic State have killed 14 soldiers in the country's south, reports the Sydney Morning Herald.
The Islamist State, also known as ISIS, executed the soldiers north of the city of Sabha, said the government on Saturday.
