ISIS Defectors In Syria's Idlib Province Aim To Cross Into Turkey

Hundreds of Islamic State defectors have congregated in Syria's northwestern Idlib province, with many hoping to cross the nearby Turkish border, reports the Guardian (U.K.).
Several dozen militants have already sneaked across the heavily monitored border in recent weeks, the newspaper said. Four Saudi fighters arrived in a southern Turkish community in early September after paying smugglers US$2,000 each.
