The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for a car bombing in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa, reports Agence France-Presse.
An explosion took place Monday near a Shi'ite mosque in Sanaa used by Houthi rebels. Four people were killed and eight more were reported wounded, including seven children, according to the Houthi-controlled Saba news agency.
