ISIS has claimed responsibility for a car bombing in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa that has produced dozens of casualties, reports CNN.
Monday night's blast near Sanaa's military hospital apparently targeted a funeral attended by two members of the Shi'ite Houthi rebels, a medical source told Reuters.
The death toll has been reported variously. At least 28 people were killed, reported AFP.
The Islamic State said its affiliate in Yemen was responsible.
