Indonesian police say a coordinated terrorist attack in Jakarta has left five attackers and two civilians dead, reports the New York Times.
Five attackers were involved, including two suicide bombers, police told the Australian Broadcasting Corp.
The attacks took place on Jalan Thamrin, a main thoroughfare in Jakarta, and involved suicide bombings, hostage-taking and shootings, according to a spokesman cited by CNN.
