Turkey's foreign minister says his country will train Iraqi police at a location in Turkey, reports the Hurriyet Daily News (Istanbul).
"We will conduct the training of Iraqi police in Turkey," said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu during a Tuesday press conference in Ankara with his Iraqi counterpart Ibrahim al-Jaafari.
The Turkish government will continue to train and equip Iraqi forces as long as Baghdad keeps up its military reforms, he said.
