For the second time in a week, an Iranian drone flew close to a U.S. aircraft carrier in the Persian Gulf in international waters, says the U.S. Navy, as cited by Time.
The Navy called the actions "unsafe and unprofessional."
Late on Aug. 13, an unarmed Iranian QOM-1 drone came within 300 meters (300 yards) of the USS Nimitz and an aircraft conducting operations of its flight deck, said a Navy spokesman on Monday.
