A vulture held as a suspected Israeli spy has been released by Lebanon following intervention by the United Nations, reports the BBC.
The griffon vulture was captured by Lebanese villagers in the town of Bint Jbeil last Tuesday after they became suspicious of a tracking device attached to its tail, said officials.
