Internal service documents reveal that the Canadian navy has spent nearly US$500,000 to repair a supply ship that was damaged in Halifax harbor in November, reports CBC News.
HMCS Preserver was leaving the harbor for the first time after a US$45 million refit when she no longer responded to the helm, according to navy documents obtained by CBC News.
