Egyptian authorities say a Gaza terrorist group was responsible for a New Year's Eve bomb attack on a Coptic church in Alexandria, Al Jazeera (Qatar) reports.
The Army of Islam planned and executed the attack that killed 24 Coptic Christians and injured up to 100, said Interior Minister Habib al-Adly on Sunday.
The bombing sparked days of Coptic rioting and weeks of demonstrations against the government.
