Intense Cold Moves Military Training Inside

In the midst of an intense cold spell, Russia's Central Military District has been limiting outside military activities, reports Interfax-AVN.
"Restrictions on outdoor activities have been introduced to the schedule of Army units and subdivisions, the number of field exercises has been reduced, part of classes have been moved to classroom premises and barracks," said a spokesman for the district.
