Intelligence Fingers Al-Qaida's New 'General Manager'

Intelligence officials have identified a terrorist who may now hold the number three position in the Al-Qaida organization, Newsweek magazine reports.
Some officials believe that Abu al-Yazid, a veteran Egyptian jihadist and Osama bin Laden associate, now has that role, officials said.
