Intelligence Analyst Charged With Leaking Video Of Attack

An Army intelligence analyst has been formally charged with leaking a controversial video to the WikiLeaks website and downloading and transferring classified State Dept. cables, the Washington Post reports.
Pfc. Bradley Manning, 22, was detained in May after the website publicly released the video. The footage shows several Iraqi civilians being killed by a U.S. strike in 2007.
