Intel Director Sees Foreign Influence Over Government Officials

The head of Canada's intelligence agency says some government officials are under the influence of foreign governments, the New York Times reports.
Richard Fadden, the director of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, did not identify the officials, but told a committee of Parliament he was speaking of two provincial Cabinet ministers as well as some municipal politicians.
While Fadden did not name a country, the implication was that China was involved.
