Initial Talks Held With Turkey On Normalization Of Ties

Representatives from Armenia and Turkey have held their first meeting as part of a process to normalize relations, reports Armenpress.
On Friday, Deputy Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Ruben Rubinyan and Turkish envoy for Armenian relations Serdar Kilic met in Moscow.
The sides exchanged initial views on the normalization process and agreed to continue negotiations without preconditions, according to the Armenian Foreign Ministry.
