Initial Apache Guardian Helicopter Rolls Out; Transfer Expected Next Year

Boeing has rolled out the newest version of the AH-64 attack helicopter, which is destined for delivery to South Korea, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
A ceremony was held Monday in Mesa, Ariz., for South Korea's new AH-64E Apache Guardians. The event was attended by officials from South Korea's army and defense procurement agency.
A US$1.6 billion purchase under the Foreign Military Sales program was finalized with the U.S. in 2013. It covered a total of 36 AH-64Es. ...
