Turkish unmanned aerial vehicles will soon be equipped with a domestically developed mini laser-guided rocket, say government officials, as reported by Defense News.
Serial production of the Bozok (“white arrow”) rocket, which has been designed and developed by the state-run Tubitak SAGE research institute, will begin soon, the officials said.
The weapon is 2 feet 7 inches (790 mm) long and weighs 35 pounds (16 kg). It has a reported range of 3.7 miles (6 km).
