Indigenous Leader Killed In Southwest In Latest Attack

At least five people have been killed and five injured in a suspected attack by dissident Colombian rebel groups, reports Colombia Reports.
On Tuesday, a car carrying indigenous governor Cristina Bautista and her bodyguards was stopped in Corinto, southwest Colombia, said local indigenous authority CRIC.
Gunmen, believed to be by members of a FARC cell led by Dagoberto Ramos, opened fire, killing all five.
An ambulance and other first responders were also attacked.
