The Indian government has agreed to donate three maritime surveillance aircraft to the Seychelles, Defense News reports.
One Dornier and two Chetak helicopters, the Indian version of the Alouette III, will be delivered to the archipelago nation in 15 months, said Indian Defense Minister A.K. Antony.
India has also agreed to help the Seychelles with maritime surveillance operations, ministry officials said.
