The U.S. Air Force has decided to increase incentive pay for some unmanned aerial vehicle pilots as a way to increase retention rates, reports the Air Force Times.
The maximum monthly incentive pay will be increased for pilots in the 18X career field who agree to continue flying drones beyond their initial six-year commitments.
