The Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (IMU) terrorist group has declared itself to be part of the Islamic State (ISIS), reports Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.
IMU leader Usmon Ghazi and his fighters were seen taking an oath of allegiance in Arabic to ISIS and its leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in a video that was viewed by RFE/RL last week. Where the video was made is uncertain.
