Improved Defense Ties Sought With Finland

Senior Russian defense officials say they are want to boost defense cooperation with Finland, reports RIA Novosti.
During a meeting with Finnish officials in Moscow, Defense Ministry Anatoly Serdyukov said that expanded joint military training could involve naval drills, search-and-rescue missions, joint training by border forces and environmental protection activities in the Baltic Sea.
