If Rebels Hold Fire Against Regime, Russia Says It Will Refrain From Airstrikes

The Kremlin says a cease-fire against Russian and Syrian airstrikes against rebel-held areas of the Syrian city of Aleppo is still in place, reports Agence France-Presse.
Russia halted airstrikes in eastern Aleppo on Oct. 18. Moscow also announced a 10-hour humanitarian "pause" for Nov. 4, calling it the last chance for civilians and rebels to leave the city. Few left.
