An improvised explosive device killed two NATO soldiers in southern Afghanistan on Sunday, Agence France-Presse reports.
Those killed were British soldiers with the Royal Scots Borderers, 1st Battalion, from the Royal Regiment of Scotland, the BBC reported.
The troops were on foot patrol near Sangin, in Helmand province, at the time of the attack, said the U.K. Ministry of Defense.
