The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has ruled in favor of Somalia in a case concerning a long-running maritime border dispute with Kenya, reports BBC News.
On Tuesday, the ICJ, the U.N.’s top court, ruled that Somalia should have sovereignty over the contested waters, reported the Washington Post.
The decision by the judges effectively split the disputed area in half.
