The International Criminal Court will not investigate alleged war crimes committed by the U.S. in Afghanistan, reports Defense One.
On Friday, a three-judge panel declined a request by prosecutor Fatou Bensouda to examine crimes committed by U.S. troops and intelligence officers, as well as the Afghan security forces, Taliban and Haqqani Network.
