The International Criminal Court in the Hague, Netherlands, has called for Libya to give up the son of Libyan dictator Muammar Qaddafi, reports UPI.
Saif al-Islam Qaddafi was captured on Nov. 19, 2011, by rebels while he was trying to flee to Niger.
The second son of the late ruler has been kept in isolation in a "legal black hole," his ICC-appointed lawyers said.
