Hundreds Killed In Tribal Fighting Over Last 18 Months, Says Report

More than 500 people have been killed in clashes between tribes in Mali since the beginning of 2018, reports the CAJ News Agency (Johannesburg, South Africa).

The Human Rights and Protection division of the U.N. Multidimensional Integration Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) has documented 91 human-rights abuses committed by traditional hunters against civilian members of the Fulani ethnic group in the Mopti and Segou regions in central Mali since January 2018.
