London police say nearly half of 700 British jihadists who have gone abroad to fight are back in the U.K., reports the Daily Mail (U.K.).
The majority of those that traveled abroad joined the Islamic State (ISIS), said Metropolitan Police Service Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley, a senior counterterrorism officer.
