The Houthi rebel group in Yemen has offered to exchange thousands of detainees with the Saudi-supported government, reports the Anadolu Agency (Ankara). The group announced the proposal on Thursday and said it could be implemented within a week, according to a Houthi official cited by the rebel group-run Al-Masirah TV.
