Houthi rebels in Yemen have attacked the airport in the southern Saudi city of Najran, reports Al Arabiya (Dubai).
On Tuesday, a Houthi-operated Qasef K2 unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) targeted the Najran International Airport, not far from the border with Yemen, according to the Houthi-run Al Masirah news channel.
The drone struck an arms depot near the facility, said the Houthis. Airports in the region often host military bases, noted Al Jazeera (Qatar).
