Houthis Free 6 Foreign Hostages, Including 2 Americans

Officials in Oman say that Houthi rebels in Yemen released six foreign hostages on Sunday, reports CNN.

The hostages, which included three Saudi nationals, one Briton and two Americans, were freed in Yemen's capital, Sanaa, and flown to Oman, said the White House.

The Americans were identified as Scott Darden, 45, and Sam Farran, 54. They were captured together this spring attempting to flee Yemen, reported the New York Times.
