Hospital Hit In Suicide Attack

A suicide bomber attacked a hospital in the southwestern Pakistani city of Quetta on Friday, killing at least eight people and wounding 35 others, Al Jazeera (Qatar) reports.

A senior police officer was said to be among those killed. At the time, he was briefing reporters on the shooting of a prominent bank manager who was taken to the hospital earlier in the day, said officials..
