High-Performance Radar Chosen For New Frigates

The Germany navy has selected the TRS-4D/NR radar from Cassidian, the defense and security division of EADS, to equip its new frigates, according to a release by EADS.
The order from Blohm & Voss Naval, which is building the warships, covers four naval radars and a land-based system.
