A New Zealand firm has suggested it no longer wants to participate in the upgrade of C-130 Hercules for the government, reports Radio New Zealand.
Work scheduled for Safe Air, based in Blenheim, on the Hercules life-extension program was delayed two years because of software problems and the company subsequently was forced to lay off 92 personnel, reported Defense News.
