The International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) has warned the Afghan living in Helmand province's Nad-e Ali district to remain in the safety of their homes during an upcoming offensive against the Taliban.
NATO said that reports of large numbers of civilians fleeing the area were exaggerated. According to current estimates, fewer than 200 families have left the district since Operation Moshtarak was announced, said an ISAF press release.
