Hawkei Protected Vehicle To Undergo More Testing, Says Defense

The Australian Dept. of Defense says it has decided to back further testing of the Hawkei light protected vehicle.
Under an Aus$38 million (US$38 million) contract, Thales Australia will produce six prototype vehicles for testing. The first vehicle is scheduled for delivery later this year.
