Harris Wins $113 Million Contract For EW Systems For U.S., Australian Hornet Aircraft

Harris Corp. has received a $133 million U.S. Navy contract to deliver electronic jammers for American and Australian F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet aircraft, reports the Melbourne, Fla.-based company.

The deal covers the production and delivery of ALQ-214(V)4/5 Integrated Defensive Electronic Countermeasures (IDECM) jammers for F/A-18C/D/E/F aircraft, said a Harris release on Monday.
