Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri has tendered his resignation after two weeks of mass demonstrations against the government, reports Al Jazeera (Qatar). On Tuesday, Hariri gave his resignation to President Michael Aoun as protests against the government entered their 13th day. Aoun can accept Hariri’s resignation and begin work toward forming a new government or ask him to rethink his decision.
